iLines is a municipally owned broadband Internet Service Provider, serving the city of Lebanon, Indiana. iLines also operates the telecommunication division of the city. A municipal utility has many distinct characteristics that benefit the community it serves. One of the most important benefits is local control. Every citizen of Lebanon is a utility owner, with a direct say in the policies that affect our rates and service. Other benefits of a municipal utility include:
